Based on an evaluation conducted over four separate trials, a significant limitation of the Resea tool has been identified in its capacity for sourcing references. The quantity of cited materials is notably restricted, averaging only 11 to 15 references per query. This constraint directly impacts the depth of the resulting research synthesis, causing the output to be superficial and general in nature. The quality of the generated text is often comparable to that of a standard generative AI model that lacks specialized research functionalities. In contrast, other research-oriented tools can access and process hundreds or even thousands of potential sources, subsequently filtering and citing over 100 relevant references in the final output, contingent on the specific research topic.

Please think about users in Africa and other developing countries. Your annual upfront pricing is affordable for users in the US and Europe and maybe individuals supported by institutions in developing countries. Give "personal" use users an option to take a month subscription and only pay for the month for use and renew or be billed monthly if they want to continue using the service. Currently not affordable for many.

I really like the mind mapping aspect of this product; the framework is great, and the insights are excellent. I think it would be even better if users could edit the mind maps and add new perspectives. This would allow for the ability to save mind maps, and it would also facilitate even more seamless human-computer collaboration!

we have recently encountered several technical issues that significantly affect our workflow. First, in the reference selection screen, the system generates only about half of the references that are actually selected. For example, when we select a certain number of references, the final output includes roughly 50% of them. Second, when the “Humanize” option is enabled, the generated text does not include the reference list at the end of the document. This creates difficulties in verifying sources and properly using the output for academic purposes. We have been experiencing these problems consistently since the end of January. We would appreciate it if you could investigate these issues and provide a solution or update regarding their resolution.

Even though I use human writing style, the content is still detected as more than 95% AI, and the count of humanized words is always the same.

You have no option to delete threads. Trying to click on three dots next to threads in recent section just opens the thread but does not provide any option to delete it
